James Joseph "Whitey" Bulger was born on September 3, 1929.
"Whitey" was an inmate at Alcatraz from November 2, 1959 til November of 1962.
"Whitey" won the lottery in the summer of 1991 and split a prize of 14 million dollars.
"Whitey" was recently arrested on June 22, 2011 after having been on the lam since 1994.
Dave Quigley was mentioned in the Globe because he made a t-shirt about "Whitey".

Walking to donate blood today I found a couple small miracles down in the ground. BLOOMAGE!

Not only is life more beautiful now but we can all start working on our base tan, drinking Sangria, and smiling more in general. .Have a happy day. =)

Today I stumbled upon a deal thats too freakin good to keep to myself, check these prices out sandwich lovers (ty I'm looking at you);

 probs get 3 or 4 mystery meat sandwiches out of this  

Less than $6 is gonna feed me lunch all week, you can find these to the right of the deli in an open cooler, now go save some money!

Boston Gets a Summer Home

A man named Luciano Visocchi, who passed away this last summer, left his entire estate to this city of Boston. He's never been but his mom always liked it here. The best part is he left instructions on how to care for his 5+ cats and 2 dogs, that the city of Boston now owns as well. 

Reportedly worth $700,000. Not a bad pet sitting gig

Red Line Update: SNAKE FOUND

I'm allowed to judge these people, right?

Remember when I posted about the 3 ft snake named Penelope that some crazy lady lost on the Red Line train in Boston last month? They found it. IN THE T. IT WAS HIDING FOR WEEKS. seriously.


Thankfully the person who found it was a snake owner themselves [eek] and they weren't afraid of picking the snake up and returning it to it's rightful owners.


There's also this hilarious Channel 7 News video of the happy reunion between pet and owners. The lady immediately puts the snake up to her mouth. I am judging her PRETTY hard right now.
